    By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using our services,      you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy      and Refund Policy.  

2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years old to register.      If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.      By using our platform, you declare that the information you provide is accurate and complete.  

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 
• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Cadtabs grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the courses you purchase.

5. Payments and Refunds

    All course purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.      Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.      Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect already purchased courses.  

6. Certificates

    Certificates of completion may be provided for certain courses.      Cadtabs reserves the right to define the requirements for earning certificates,      which may include completing quizzes, assignments, or exams.  

7. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Cadtabs platform, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, text, graphics, logos,      and software, is the property of Cadtabs or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.      Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.  

8. Limitation of Liability

    While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content,      Cadtabs does not guarantee that the courses or services will meet your specific expectations.      We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.  

9. Termination of Access

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions,      engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.  

10. Changes to Terms

    Cadtabs may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.      Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.      Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance.  

11. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.      Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
