At Cadtabs, we are committed to providing high-quality online learning experiences. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available for purchases of our online courses, how to request a refund, and the applicable conditions. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Full refund (within 14 days): If you purchase a self-paced/recorded course and request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, and have consumed no more than 20% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund.
- No refund (after eligibility window): If more than 14 days have passed or you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, refunds will not be granted, except under special circumstances (see Section 3).
- Live / Instructor-led courses: For live training programs, full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase and at least 48 hours before the course start date. In some cases, an administrative fee may apply.
- Bundles / Subscriptions: Different refund rules may apply to bundled products or subscription plans. Please check the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable resources, templates, or digital assets once downloaded.
- Certification exam fees (if charged separately).
- Discounted or promotional purchases marked as “non-refundable.”
3. Special Circumstances
If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues (payment errors, account problems, or platform failures), we will investigate and either restore your access or provide a refund where appropriate. Please provide complete details (screenshots, transaction ID, etc.) when contacting support.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@cadtabs.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Course Name].
- Include your full name, registered email address, order/transaction ID, course name, and reason for refund.
- Our support team will confirm your request within 3–5 business days and provide next steps.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.
6. Partial Refunds & Credits
In some cases, partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion, depending on how much content has been accessed. The decision to provide a partial refund rests solely with Cadtabs.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, we will investigate the claim. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and further recovery action. We encourage contacting support@cadtabs.com first to resolve any issues.
8. Cancellation by Cadtabs
If a course is cancelled or discontinued by Cadtabs, learners will be offered either an alternate course of equal value or a full refund, whichever is more appropriate.
9. Updates to this Policy
Cadtabs may update this Refund Policy from time to time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent update. Please check this page regularly for changes.
